Guest speakers such as Cal State Long Beach President Jane Close Conoley will be among the policy makers and business and community leaders talking about the challenges and opportunities ahead, and the event will also include a special announcement from the Port of Long Beach.
Additional guest speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
They’ll highlight what investors need to know about this unique city on the boarder of Los Angeles and Orange counties, where it is a major contributor for more than $1 trillion in annual economic output between the two counties. That’s thanks, in part, to it being a destination for students, startups, and investment capital from around the world, with continued growth across multiple and diverse industry sectors.
